Baranosaurus quest bugged? (Hakanas Highlands Bestiary)

I'm level 28 and just backtracking to fill up my bestiary catches and i've seem to run into an issue, after looking up how to tame Baranosaurus, it seems you need Fairy dusted beef which is obtained from a repeatable quest....issue is, part of the quest chain to recieve said repeatable requires you collect "Exarahnian Book" which drops off a ghost mob in Hunters cave named Exarahn Wraith, now i've killed him at least 70 times at this point with no drop....after doing some google searching there was another person who had this same issue as i am and it has to do with mobs not dropping items based on how much higher you are to their level, in this case i'm 20 levels above the Wraith, does this mean i can't finish this quest for the beef?

You can try and kill Chakai over and over to see if he will drop one. I'm lvl 60 and i think you might be right on the drop thing.

I feel like that whole drop thing should be an exception when it comes to quest related items, this felt like a gamebreaker to me, i managed to get 1 off a guild mate, good to know Chakai drops it too. Normally i delete my posts when i get my issue resolved but i'll keep this post up, maybe a developer can look at it and *possibly* consider what i'm saying about quest related items here.

You get the quest from a camp fire at guilded woods camp which initiates the chain reaction to the quest.

I got the quest from the campfire, Which then took me to this 'Obelisk' near Guardians Gate that i clicked on for the next turn in, following that, you need to go to Hunters Cave *my issue above*, The ghost in there won't drop the book i need after killing him 70 times over.

Camp fire quest doesnt work if ur above 10level higher than the mob inside the cave. hovever you can try the guy called MELVIN at the top of the Northern Watch Tower. He has a repeatable quest which u can obtain the Fairy dusted beef.
