Nexon transfers closed?

I have no clue what's going on with transfers When I launch the game it pops up a window saying I need to transfer from Nexon to Valofe, and if I try playing before doing that I'll lose everything and have to start again.

I created a Valofe account, but the site has zero info on transfers in English! Other discussions here seem to suggest that transfers finished ages ago? If so, why the hell's it giving me the "click here to start the transfer process" popup?

Also, how do you shut down the game?? After clicking the popup, Steam tells me the game's running, but clicking Stop won't shut it down, I can't see anything Icarus-related in Task Manager, and the only way to stop it is to force-shut Steam!

I mean, is it all just totally borked, now?

Have exactly the same problem, would like to play again but not notice anything of the transfer .... I hope that my things are not gone now but have already written a ticket

The Nexon / Valofe site is also packed with computer viruses / malware so be careful.
I was trying to recover my main account where I had all the mounts but I guess it was deleted in the transfer between companies. Valofe wont respond to me about my account. Also, while trying to get my account back through their website my anti-virus was going insane trying to block all the attacks.
