Old player coming back
I had played this game back in 2016 and put 130+ hours on the game, I heard of the transfer and asked for my account to me migrated and never gotten a response, I am currently reinstalling the game to try to get into my old account but I am afraid my account might be deleted, is there a way to recover my old account if I did lose it or am I screwed?

That is a very good question, lmao. Me and my g/f have 5,000 hours each, (give or take a few hundred) .. and were wondering the same thing.

Spent a LOT of money on thier cash shop, so would be really annoying, if it's just "gone", due to thier shuffling bussiness back and forth.

I did attempt to contact thier customer support at one point, but, .. i have zero luck finding a working way to contact them.

but it seems to me they are auto messaging the same response I have asked two different questions and gotten the same word for word letter for letter response

I had a founders pack that I cant not get back and asked the support team if there was a way to get it back

Here are the Migration Schedule happened with Riders.
Nexon Migration started last August 2019 and ends February 2020.
Gameflip Migration December 2019 to March 2020
Playwith Migration April 2020 to October 2020
Migration FAQ
If you made your account After or During migration under VALOFE or Steam, then you do not need to migrate your account
If you made your account Before migration, you are required to migrate your account so you will not lose it
If you happen to miss the migration then your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered
Making a new character may overwrite the data to your account.
If you played on steam and migrate to VFUN the account will be registered under VFUN ID
If you played on steam and migrate directly to steam your account will be found via steam login
If you played on a Nexon account and migrate to VFUN use your VFUN ID to login into the game
We appreciate your understanding on this issue.

so basically, .. they are saying "We deleted your stuff, 3 companies ago, no backups, no archives.... you're screwed, .. start over.."

Yeah, pretty much. They've done this like twice now. It was a lot of fun in the first couple of months but this is a dead game now.

This is a great game with great potential. Shame that Admin decide to do more pay to win stuff in game, it coud be the best game I have played ever. But is not, so sad.
Well to the topic...
Support in this game is dead, forget it. I do my self lot of time sending lot of ticked and get all the time same answer on all of my questions, agian and again, it will be cool if our life will be so simple and can be answered with one answer at all. But is now and it is very sad.
On your play I will do now account on your best PING server. In the future save your nick name, password etc somewhere, so you can have acces to game all the time.

i put 1000s of usd into this game and they just delete it no warnings or care? wtf, i just came back, i had 1000s of items and alot saved, what can we do? can we contact steam about some kind of refund? something? its kinda the same as theft..

Steam might be able to do refunds but at the same time if it has been a large amount of time they might not

you can try, .. but, i wouldn't hold my breath, .. It most likely won't be resolved by anything less than a lawsuite to the original publishers that took your money.

Basically; it's not a steam-problem. it's the game owners that did it, and out of steam's hands, since steam never actually was the middle-man, except for the initial download.

You don't really have a solid claim to a refund to be honest. You played for 1,000 hours plus, then you got your money's worth out of it. No online game is ever obligated to be around forever and there are a TON of dead games on steams and no one is getting their money back for them. You don't own the game or the server when you buy it. It sucks but it's a truth you'll learn to face as you keep gaming and a lot of your favorite games get old and start shutting their servers down and doing transfers.

Best I can tell you is stop spending too much on MMO's if you think you're gonna be unsatisfied if it disappears a couple years later.
