Where the ♥♥♥♥ is veldon?

wikipedia of the game says it spawn at blackhaven region of tritael rift. i have checked every inch of the region for 3 hours, on 3 channels but there is no veldon at all. there are karasha spawns, i kill them but again they spawn. there is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ veldon. where are they
