Assassin Guide?

New to the game, and I've been trying to read up on how to be a good assassin.

What gear should have for each section of levels? For example, what would be good armor for a lvl 23 assassin? When would I need to aim for new armor and what kind? This also extends to jewlery and weapons.

What skills should I have in my slots? My computer is kind of dumb, so only number slots plus the minus and equals can be used.

What are some good tames?
