I'd like to use my account on Steam again.

I migrated my Steam account, even had Nexon support help me with it so im 100% sure i did the migration part correctly.

However, i tried to play via Steam few minutes ago, and there were 0 characters. I wonder what happened to them?

It looks like my characteres were moved to a PURE VALOFE account not linked to steam.
and I DONT WANT IT
i did contact valofe suport but it is 24 h w/o any answer already
i want my characters back to steam or I WILL QUIT playing riders of icarus even after my over 2000 hours played already
I will quit as i did on atlantica online when valofe suport failed to suport me then

Yeah but now what? The icon on my desktop after downloading from the valofe page sends me right back to the valofe page! WTF is this crap!? I cannot believe they botched this, this badly. I log in from steam, all my chars are gone. I log in from Valofe and click the icon that came when i downloaded the game from valofe, and it kicks me to the website. This is effing trash. I am disgusted with this company and nexon.

you got to click start the game from the webpage... no idea why..

Exactly this! I play on Steam because it is highly used and reputable. I DON'T want to have to play through VFUN/Whoever this company is. Just like the OP I feel uncomfortable using too many websites for my information etc. It appears as of now you can only play through VFUN. This is ridiculous they had instructions for STEAM users to migrate. This now seems to be a bunch of BS they through at steam users just to have us go over to VFUN . Duped anyone?

well it was more 24h and NO ANSWER OR ACTION form VALOFE SUPORTE as they did to me before.
not even a damm "automatic aknowledge email", as all suports usualy does, valofe didnt do.
so it looks like valofe will DO NOTHING about our problem:

the game IS PLAYABLE form STEAM after migration but our accounts were moved out of steam AGAINST OUR WILL.
this was kind of "phishing" from valofe on steam clients to produce valofe private clients

i believe STEAM HAS RULES against it

so i think next step is contac STEAM about what is happening here

when we buy a game or dlc or even a card on market using our steam walet we give our share to steam. its the way steam becomes viable and how we pay for the services we find here, like this chat roon itself, amoung many other.
when a developer make us his PRIVATE client, forcing us to use directly his own coin with no relation with steam walet it denies steam share.

so lets find how to bring ths matter to steam attention, as valofe complete ignore us, should be our next step

I did the migration, it said it worked I can see it recognises my account and have the email about it being successfull way back when this first was announced.. Now the real issue is that they removed my account from its ties to steam.. wth I purchased premium a few times through steam so guess what they ate any credit I had on my account.. and locked my characters to a private another version of the game that seems to launch from a website not dodgy at all.. right....

All purchases are moved to VFUN account.

None of you know what you're talking about at all, you can't use Steam anymore to play it, you have to use the new launcher through VFUN, I'm able to play it just fine and all of my characters and items are intact through VFUN.

Nowhere does it say you can continue playing through Steam.

That is simply bull.., playing via steam is still possible but not with our old accounts...

And honestly i cant side again with this, my.com did it already and im still salty about it. I didnt care about Riders of Icarus much, while i'd really like to play it again, im not interested in it enough to play it without Steam.

Pretty sure the Steam version is going to be removed, there is no point in it being available when you have to use the new launcher to play now.

I don't know why they gave an option to Migrate from Steam when the Steam version is still through Nexon which requires a Nexon account to even play.

The Steam version is still using Nexon servers.
