all my characters r gone and ive put way to much money into the game to let this slide if anyone knows how to fix plz msg me ASAP

1. click dowload full client
2. go to website and click start playing
3. start enjoing your characters
4. insult steam and VF for not being able to link the accounts and having to redownload the game

I had that when trying to migrate. Try using another web browser and, if you're using Firefox, privacy mode.

I have downloaded the launcher and now it states I have to download the full client again into a different folder from STEAM. How will I be able to play through STEAM if the game is not under the STEAM path?

This is absolute garbage. Out of boredom i installed the game yesterday again after a while of not playing. Then there was a maintenance that took all day long . Then today I logg in with NO MESSAGES BEING SHOWN ABOUT MIGRATING WHATSOEVER. To find my characters are gone,i had to google and through Random people playing this game i have to find out about migration ? What an absolute joke. Now im trying to sign up on the Valeof website and i cannot even sign up because i get constant error messages saying user info is not exact, while i do get the Authorize email,and whenever i click on that link it simply says Error cause with authorization email.

I Tried this with internet explorer and firefox and i get the same thing. I download the client from the Valeof website and whenever i click on the launchers shortcut it simply brings me to the website to download the client... ♥♥♥♥♥ this has got to be a joke. IM not even gonna bother anymore,shove this game somewhere deep.

Seriously, this game was one of my favorites for tame mounts and everything else, but if they don't really correct this, there is no other option than to abandon this game.

Not a very smooth transition. I would like to keep my characters and the migration process not tell me error try later. Just as Fluffy stated many people have invested real money in this game. ATTENTION VFUN respond to this steam link. your player base isnt enormous but steady and loyal. please fix this issue or you may loose players from inability to address people being able to transfer through your migration process. make it simpler or give specific details. as of now it isnt working properly. kind regards... Update.... after a few tries I have found that the only way to get your characters to migrate is to not use the steam option for migration but to use the nexon option for migration. Then you will have to click play and it will ask you to download the new launcher. downloading new launcher now. Hopefully a successful migration once I can get into the game. Good luck to all and I hope this helps since our new host hasnt started on the right foot with me..... Icarus Player
