i'd recommend getting to level 40, 50, or 55, since crafting is only really necessary for one thing, karasha and now exalted gear crafting. a lot of players will tell you to cook and stuff but thats only if you want to go all in with the game.
the best way to farm gold is to run legendary dungeons or the newer dungeons on heroic/elite. also, world bosses such as sandstorm (who is in cloying watses) drop a ton of gold. to earn gold through the auction, which i think is easier is to get heroic/legendary seals and sell them, or even certain marks.
at your level right now there arent as many options besides running the heroic dungeons, especially ruins of matren (which is just at level 24). the best thing to do is join a guild that can take you on raids you cant do alone.
Definitely didn't mean in the thousands. Just enough to keep up with potions because I'm a squishy lil bastard xD But I found that joining a helpful guild has been a great deal of change. Made it a lot easier so far.
so attempt lavalight -> carleon -> yeti dungeon, personally yeti is the best for easy money, (lava light and carleon) you may as well convert the equipment into tempering stones and sell them (dont sell the low level ones), the harder the difficulty you play or you can manage to do the better the drops
yes but you have to be a high level to do so, or have the right class
dodge doesnt always work lol
actually if you know the mechanics it works. You HAVE TO keep an eye on the dodge buff. By the time passes you will learn your rythim. which skills are suitable for your rythim etc. Go to a crowded mob area (my preferred one is the vampire villagers) and get some mobs attacking you and just try to dodge them. When you get hit, start over. You wil eventually find yourself doing it naturally. I hope I could help a little bit. I am playing on Velzeroth if you would like to play with me send me a message and we add friends. Goodluck Have fun :)
