Yes, you can go to Jackbox.tv on any phone that has a web browser. If you want to try that out right now for free, just load that page and join a game on Twitch. This game isn't out yet as of this writing, but you can try it with the Jackbox Party Pack 2:

Steam now allows for a more specific game features list. A game can now have "Local Multi-Player" listed as one of it's features instead of just "Multi-Player". Please fix this and change it to "Local Multi-Player" since this game is same-room multiplayer only. Listing one of the features as "Multi-Player" implies that there is online multi-player. The same-room multiplayer indication should probably be written on the Steam store page itself as well, to avoid confusion. You can also mention Twitch streams on the store page itself.
