Japanese voices with English subtitles?

Is this dual-audio?
Can I play with Japanese voices and English subtitles?

In the Store Page of the game it says English and Japanese on both Interface and Subtitles, but it doesn't say anything on Full Audio.

For example, in the FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster it says English and Japanese on Full Audio, but in the game itself you are not allowed to have Japanese voices with English subtitles unless you use a mod.

There are shouting, grunting, etc. during battles. No voice over for dialogue.

So I'm asking if the shouting and grunging is in English or Japanese. I have played games where they redubbed all the shouts and grunts, and it sounded horrible (Tales of Phantasia for the GBA for example).

It sounds like a joke, but I'm seriously asking. I didn't hate the voice acting in the trailer, but I always rather have the original voice acting in games.

Assuming the versions are the same, the battle shouts are all in Japanese only (I'm playing on PS4, but pretty sure it's the same on Steam).

The game has about a dozen one-liners per character during battle. All of them are in Japanese regardless of which language you play the game in.
