Debuff kills

Hi

I'm searching for a hexagonal pendant, which i can get from white flappers.

The problem is, they're way too weak now that i'm a bit too far in the game so i can apply a debuff with lighting (for example) without oneshoting him.

So does someone know a spritnite that apply a debuff without doing damages ?

(I only have those characters with me right now : Endir, Nidr, Kir, and Setsuna )
