Hexagonal Pendants... Did I miss something?

I've just gotten all 6 characters and passed the ice lake think but it seems like a good amount of my earlier abilities require a Hexagonal Pendant. Did I miss them somewhere? Has anyone else had any trouble getting them?

I've beaten the game and I just had a look through my abilities and I only ever got 3 of the Hexagonal Pendant, which makes me want to believe that it must have been at a fairly early point in the game before I started Momentum/Overkill/Link/etc.. every basic enemy.

Drops from killing White Flappers ( can be found in Mysleigh Woods ) with exact kill.
