how to open the locked chests and how to sell ?

I loved this game super smooth , nice skills , graphics r great, music is nice too , everything is really great I just dont know how to open locked chests and how to sell

You can only open the locked chests after a story event that takes place roughly 2/3 the way through the game. It essentially forces you to backtrack through the first 2/3 of the game because most of those chests have some of the best equipment in the game in them. You can sell everything that you'll want to sell to a magic consortium member (they look like wizards wearing dark robes and can be found in every town near the chef, smith, and apothecary.)

but i cant sell my weapons to him :/

Why would you want to sell weapons? Most of them can be upgraded later in the game to something much stronger than your current gear.

ye but they have low dmg i can upgrade the other weapons and have a much higher dmg ?

Now that some are done or close to with the game, anyone can confirm that you can sell all materials (except green for cooking.) without any trouble later? Are materials for upgrading weapons totally different? Money seems to be a problem without selling the materials but I don't want to have trouble later because I wanted a better sword now.

From what i understand is that metals that you use for your weapons have a blue weapon icon. So i don't think that will be a problem. I think this system works fine.
