I've looked alot of places but can't fine Gypsum,can someone tell me where to fine it? I found of lot of things that want to kil me but no Gypsum.

It's mined from rocks but not all type of rocks have it. It's an uncommon harvest. I believe it's the small rocks typically, the same rocks that you can harvest rhyolite from. It's available in each of the biomes. Use a pick to increase your chances of getting it.
