Any fix for Windows 10?
The games needs DirectPlay to install, however, it looks like windows 10 blocks the installation of that program.

try copying the d3drm.dll into the root folder. Best from a older XP instalation.

It worked for me on W10 after I disabled Avast to activate DirectPlay.
Looks like Avast was blocking the activation.

I've had no issue.
I went to programs and features then legacy components and turned on Directplay from there.

I didn't have any problems at all. Win10 64bit 144hz refresh monitor... I was expecting issues. I installed and it simply ran - I didn't change any settings anywhere. Avast could be the issue, as noted above. I'm running ESET.

I haven't tried xwaupgrade yet. Hoping that works okay too.

Just go get it on GoG. They take the time to make sure their games run, unlike Steam.
