Fix for Rebed

First, I made the change that steam recommends adding the -w to the launch for full screen mode.

Next I downloaded a different version of REBEXE.EXE that I got off of a GOG forum. It can be found at this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1BxsqzJbT1FdDhodlFQRFBTaXM/view

Once you have downloaded the file, go to Program Files / Steam / steamapps / common / Star Wars - Rebellion

Then you are going to cut and paste the new file into this main folder, or you can download directly to it. I then cut and paste the original file into a new folder I created in this directory in case something was wrong. Then rename the downloaded file from [win]REBEXE.EXE to REBEXE.EXE.

Then you should be able to launch the game from RebEd with no upside down icons.

Although I still am not able to run the game with my second monitor on, don't know how to fix that.
