Anyone else having issues?

Just wondered if anyone else is having problems with the tutorial levels loading or using an Xbox One wireless controller?

Although the game boots fine and I can play tutorial level 1.1 as soon as I try to play 1.2 the games gets stuck in a loading loop (black screen with the spinning loading icon). Leaving it running a few minutes makes no difference so forced to quit the game.

My Xbox 360 wireless controller works fine but if I plug in an Xbox One wireless controller the analogue stick is messed up. Left works, up and down do sometimes but right is non-responsive. Buttons work fine though.

Drivers are up-to-date, have tried disabling Steam overlay and all non-essential background stuff but doesn't help.

Im having the same issue, xbox one controller, wireless or plugged in, doesnt work properly.

I'm also having the same issue. Tried a few things and no luck. Game has not been QA'd properly. Asked for a steam refund. Was really looking forward to this game.

Well right now I'd settle for any control method just so long as I could play the game ;)

Going to e-mail Bandai Namco later in the hope they can help as I'm not sure if they have a presence on the forums.

Same issue with the Xbox One Elite Controller. It seems like it is calibrating leftward, so pushing right does nothing.

i found a solution. it's not a very good solution but it is a solution nonetheless.

try holding the right trigger halfway down.

If it's what I'm thinking (Salty seems to kinda confirm this), it's just the XB1 driver for Win10 being wonky with some games due to the way it handles the axis positioning for triggers. Usually remapping the triggers fixes these kind of issues. Dunno if you can remap for this game though.

You are correct Singh Long as the driver in XBox One controllers on Windows 10 changes the axis along with the driver for the wireless adapter outside of Windows 10. A workaround is to use the older driver first published with wired support (and wired controllers will work fine in Windows 7)

A limitation to this however is that it does not work with Elite controllers in Windows 10 and also I believe the workaround doesn't work at all in Anniversary Edition anymore but I could be wrong on that. I ran into this issue with I Am Setsuna and my only solution was to change to a PS4 controller in exclusive mode.

1-2 tutorial wouldn't load for me the first time, but after i restarted the game everything worked fine
