How Come I Didn't Get The Achievement..?

I'm doing an achievement grind and tried to get the EmmaUniverse one. (Black nicheling, no melanin, yellow eyes, poison fangs, and both 1 claw and 1 nimble fingers.) I finally bred one! I named her Emma and then didn't get the achievement. How come it didn't work? Is it because she's too inbred..?

Does the creature you got have a pattern? The "No pattern" gene is also needed for the achievement according to its description

Yup, two sets of No Pattern. I tried to get the Raccoon achievement (black fur, white & black pattern genes, Raccoon Pattern Version C, and according to the wiki also either Density thick/very thick and size Big/Huge) and once again, nothing. I'm starting to wonder if my game is just bugged when it comes to the gene-based achievements :')

Edit: Finally got the raccoon achievement! It was with an animal with Big Pattern and Thick Density and Big pattern. (Turns out the ones that were coming out were Huge&Big exclusively. Wiki's wrong, oops!)

Another update: Tried to get the Globe Trotters achievement, which also didn't receive. Tried to do it all in one session WITHOUT CLOSING THE GAME because the wiki says it must all be done in one go. I made a list and marked off every time I visited a new island type, so I know I 100% got them all. I know I had been going for at least an hour by 6:30pm, it is now 12:30am. Welp. Never trying that again X'D

So another update: I got the globe trotters achievement! I restarted from scratch on a new save, and 7.5 hours later I got it. (I nearly didn't get it. I got to the final island, didn't get it, was like "huhh??". Thankfully when doing my list this time I added modifiers for "DEFINITELY GOT" (for example, if I used Whale Island to get there, if it's super obvious (ie the jungle with the roots or the one where you get velvet paw, etc etc). There was only one I wasn't sure if I hit, that being Peaceful Meadow, because it and Grass Adventure look so similar. I decided to trudge back through islands I had doubts I'd visited with PM being the first because it seemed the most dubious to me, and I got it! Score!
