Lost Home Immunity

So I've been doing Story Mode, my tribe got wiped.
I tried to continue the bloodline and all but I noticed the new pair doesn't have any Home Island Immunity.
Not only that, they share the J Immunity, so now I'm in risk of producing sick babies....
Do I really need to restart all over?

Yeah/Maybe(*), and I can see how it can look demotivating. But in the new round you already know some things, can prepare, improve stuff. Look at how much you can do better! :)

(*) Of course, if you don't want the round ear gene, you don't need Home Island immunity. You can still find your way to Adam's Island, they just won't recognize your Nichelings as one of them, and thus not breed with them.

For the double immunity, you can just make do until you can invite another Nicheling, or one of your females sneaks away with a rogue male, and you got a 4th immunity again. And drown all the double-immunity offspring as soon as they can move.

Heres some tips: 1. Breed Adam and Eve until you produce a breedable pair. ONE MUST HAVE HOME ISLAND IMMUNITY! Color all Nicheling's gemstones with the Star immunity the color blue (or any other color) and leave the regular Nicheling's green
2. Repeat.
3. Don't travel to new islands too soon. Prepare for these island.
4. If you find a whale island port, go there. Once you leave the Whale Island port, choose a Crossing Island and go north. That is Home Island.
5. Don't bring just home island Nichelings, only bring one with home island immunity. This will prevent sickness.
