Warrior Cats Niche Challenge
So I started a game where I tried to make the game as much like warriors as possible, since the game reminds me of it. I know there's a warrior cats founder challenge (which was really fun to do), and I don't intend to copy them. I'm sorry if anyone else made a warriors challenge before me, I was not aware. Also, I refer to the creatures as cats in this challenge.

RULES:

1- Give your cats warrior names! Newborns or cats with 1 gem are kits’, cats with two gems are paws’, and cats with 3 are warriors.

2- All cats must have at least 1 strength point. If they don't, you can make them a medicine cat or med cat apprentice if you don't have two in the clan they were born in, or you banish them from their birth clan and have them as rogues.

3- Medicine cats (or med cat apprentices) are the only cats that can lick injured cat's wounds, or de-leech them. If you have healing plants from swamp areas, a medicine cat has to be right next to the plant while a cat eats it. Also, younger medicine cats are considered apprentices until the older one dies, but you can give them their full name when they get 3 gems. Lastly, medicine cats cannot attack anything (that includes fishing) or have babies (unless you want to have a story element to your game). They can have strength points though.

4- Cats that have 3 days left in their lifespan are considered elders, but you can make them elders earlier if you'd like to. Elders should usually be near other elders or cats, or protect or watch over kits. They can not fight carnivores or crabbits, nor catch bunnies, but they can fish.

5- Rogues are wandering creatures, horny males, or banished clan cats. Wandering creatures can be welcomed into a clan, but banished clan cats cannot be welcomed into their birth clan, or be welcomed into a clan where they cannot serve as a medicine cat. If a rogue comes into a clan's territory that does not want to welcome them, you must attack them until they leave or die. You can consider some wandering creatures kittypets as well, and the same rules apply.

6- There are only to be 4 clans. You can have them with the same names as the ones in the books (Thunderclan, Windclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan), or you can give them your own names but they must be alike the book ones, which means there must be a clan suited to forests, one suited to rivers or water, one suited to swampy areas, and one suited to plains and savannah areas (when I refer to the book clans, I mean your clans you made if you did). Some clan name examples would be TreeClan, CreekClan, DesertClan, and SwampClan. Clan territory depends on their clan. ThunderClan (or a similar clan) territory would be the grass biome, Riverclan territory would be rivers and islands (if there's only one river or the rivers are far apart, their territory would be five tiles on each direction from a river tile), Shadowclan territory would be the swamp biome, and Windclan would be the savannah or desert biome. If there isn't enough tiles of one of those biomes, you can divide territory equally between the clans. If there isn't a nest in a clan's territory, they can have one nest from another clan.

7- Clan borders will be separated by a line of grass that can be 1-3 tiles thick. You should have patrols that consist of 2-4 cats that go along them.

8- If you come across a carnivore, you must attack it unless you only have 1 able cat, or there are only apprentices/kits or medicine cats near. If you don't have cats that can fight the carnivore, they have to run and have warriors attack it.

9- Leaders are the only cats that are alphas. They can lead patrols also, but they should spend most of their time in camp.

10- You should designate a sacred spot to act as a moonstone or moonpool where deputies will be made into leaders, medicine cat apprentices will become medicine cats after their mentor dies, and where the medicine cats from all clans will travel to every 5 days, or whenever you would like to.

11- Your cats should follow the warrior code, but you can break it if it is for story reasons!

12- You can use any food source you'd like, but clans should usually use food sources suited to them (thunderclan:berries, rabbits, nuts. riverclan: fish, shells, berries. shadowclan: carnivore, crabbit. windclan: berries, rabbits, dodomingo)

13- A cat's clan is determined by their genes, no matter where they were born. I will list clan genes below (cosmetic genes don't apply). The more genes they have that are seen in a certain clan is their clan (example, Eve would probably be in windclan because of her two running legs and big nose). You can consider it as a kind of point system.

-Thunderclan Genes: Big body, normal body, medium ears, fluffy tail, antlers, ram horns, claws, normal hind legs, big nose, normal nose
-Riverclan Genes: Big body, Water body, gills, cracker jaw, webbed hind legs, webbed paw, fishing tail, swimming tail, medium ears, ram horns, bill, normal snout
-Windclan Genes: Big ears, normal eyes, normal snout, big nose, antlers, no horns, lean body, normal body, runner leg, fluffy tail, normal hind legs
-Shadowclan: Toxic body, normal body, big body, medium ears, poison fangs, no horns, normal snout, spiky body, claw, fluffy tail, normal hind legs

-WHAT TO DO AT THE START OF THE GAME-

At the start of the game, you can consider the easy island the tribe of rushing water or warrior ancestors if you'd like to. You can treat all the cats there as one clan too. To migrate to the other island (where everything begins) you must have two cats that represent a clan and can breed. Example: Say if I have a female cat with a big body, medium ears, ram horns, double claws, a fluffy tail and normal hind legs, and a male with a normal body, medium ears, ram horns, claws, and a fluffy tail. I would take those two to represent Thunderclan and they would be the start of thunderclan on the next island. You will only be able to migrate 8 cats! You need 4 pairs you can breed that will be the start of the clans on the next island, that are most like the different clans. You can name one of the cats in each pair a leader and have another be a deputy. When you migrate, you can make sure you have a good amount of food, and have your pairs start to head off to their clan biomes. have them breed quite a few times and clear out their territory and set borders. It is recommended to take in some rogues or "kittypets" so you don't inbreed. If your pair dies before they are able to start a clan, you can take offspring that are suited to the dead pair's clan to be the new starting pair of that clan.

Have fun and if you have any questions, ask me!

I like the whole grass border thing :D I can never figure out how to do the borders on my islands (usually I do it with darkness). Also my medicine cat apprentices get their full name later like half way through their life and not when their mentor dies because in the original series the med cat apprentice training is longer but not so long that the old mentor dies ^^
Also it might be better to have ShadowClan have a big body when they live in the swamo otherwhise they will get sick quite often and I allways forget to have my med cat heal my packmates usually a warrior does it an afterwards I am like * oh ♥♥♥♥* ^^

I'll add the big body then! I didn't know they would get less sick with the big body. Thanks!

You are welcome, the big body adds cold resistance which helps in the swamp :)

Cold resistance is to combat a colder climate, which has not been implemented yet. As far as I'm aware, it does not change the chance of getting sick?

In my games it always seems like the creatures with big body get less sick in swamps
