Movement help!

Can someone explain the movement controls? I've tried every button and I can't get my character to move past the limits of my room.

Wait...we just stand within our boundaries of roomscale?

Yupp. It's basically a standing experience. So no movement outside of the boundaries.

It's a stationary defense game. The only movements you make are melee lunges and dodging web projectiles.

I felt the same at first but just give it a try please, the ambiance is so great, and stressfull at time.

Definitly not a waste, give it a try, make sure yuou get past the first few "introduction" levels and you'll see the game is well worth the price. This and Raw Data" have been the best two games of my VR experience thus far. When I let friends or family play this they are terrified by the monsters.... you'll see ;)

It does suck that you can't move but to be honest that is what makes it intense and scary. If you could move to a room with one doorway you could just mine or grenade that single area and never once feel overwhelmed.

If you like horror games then it is a must play. Nothing real original here but the execution is perfect. It's basically doom without moving.

My favorite horror game ever so far is Alien isolation but this game is now in my top 5. Once VR matures hopefully we will see games like Alien isolation in VR.

Plus this is the best game to have your friends and family try out. Make sure you are recording and have the straps on tight though.
