"Executioner" Achievement.. Broken or am I missing something?

I just finished the campaign and Iam currently trying to beat every achievement in the game. (Current progress is at 19/21)

I've done almost everything. The only thing I need to do is;
- Acquire 200 throwables in campaign mode
- ...and finally "decapitate each enemy type at least once".

I swear that I've blown heads off of every single creature in Brookhaven. Even killed almost every creature with melee attack (except for spiders. For some reason melee does nothing to them, but it works against worms). Am I missing something, misunderstanding the achievement or is it currently broken?

Did you get the "Smile, You Son of a..." achivement? If so, how. I also woule like to know about the "Executioner' achivement.

Aye. I got "Smile, You Son of a..."-achievement. Very simple to do. (Just feed a mine/grenade to one of those ugly worms). Still struggling to figure out what Iam missing with the "Executioner".

I guessed it was that. But I shot the hell out of that guys head and it doesn't seem to decapitate.
I'm playing on PSVR btw but I ended up here after a quick google search to see if the achievement was broken.

Haven't tried it yet. But I will at some point. It sounds like I gotta feed some grenades/mines for the big guy, but when I played last time and tried to throw grenades into it's mouth, the grenades always bounced back at me. This could be tricky one.

Yep, you need to also chuck a grenade in the final bosses mouth. I tried and it bounced off the first two times. The third time I shot it, it flinched, but instead of retreating, it charged and screamed in my face, I then checked a grenade ints gob and bobs your uncle, achievement unlocked.

It actually does, you just have to get in really close, and even then it's a little finnicky

Heh... I threw a landmine at the End Boss and nothing happened, so I threw another one and the first one exploded propelling the 2nd one onto the boss and it killed it. Both me and my friend went "What the h*ll just happened?"

For anyone else looking for this (as I know I was), it turns out that one of the "decapitations" is achieved by killing the little monsters with a Stun Grenade. That was the one I was missing after shooting in the dark (heh) for a long time.

Do you guys know if the grenade/mine has to hit the last boss when it's about to die or if it could be at any time? When the mouth is open? I've been trying this, and I think it's the only thing I have left to perfect the game =_= will do more attempts soon but just had to... grasp some straws here.

Edit: OK, finally did it, not sure if it has to be damaged or if it's just about chucking the grenade in there at any point. Here is a video of it happening anyway, key moment around 4:50.

To "decapitate" the final boss, the grenade must be thrown into his mouth as a killing blow.

Please teach me what the "decapitatable" point of Chapter 2's Boss(worm)...

Add...
Worm's eye: Flash bullet is through of the eye's object (Despite hitting directly with the laser pointer just before, there was no hit judgment.)
Worm's lump: Flash bullet could defate to one shot, But not taking the "Head Shot"
... Perhaps his weakness is not there?

@mayataka: You have to shoot it until it's eyes are red. Then feed it a grenade. I did that but it didn't get me the trophy.

Could you please let us know which patched in enemies need to be decapitated. I decapitated two worms, the final boss twice and the patched in boss in town square. I also killed baby monsters with stun grenades. Still no trophy. Not sure if I decapitated a gargoyle since that is hard to see. It would really help to know if that is nessessary. What about that boss thing in the forest level. Can that be decapitated since I don't see how?
