Where can I find blue Power Crystal in Enhanced Edition (beta)?

Oh and what level should I be able to defeat the trolls in the bridge? My party is level 24 now, and I'm heading over to talk to Maranda to gain access through the Cave of Life.

The trolls are level 40 and are meant to be fought after the Holy Land, but you can likely defeat them earlier if you're well-geared and are looking to explore.
