Couple QoL features that would be nice if they could be added, no worries if not though

Been enjoying the game over all (especially because I like grinding in rpgs and such)

The QoL features I think would be nice (and possible easy additions) would be

1: The ability to reorder skills, with the amount of grinding having to do while using only a couple skills it'd be really nice to just move the most used skills to the top so you don't have to cycle through 3 or 4 ability every turn to get to the one you use often.

2:In battle hotkeys, aka something like being able to set the crouch hotkey to do guard in battle, inventory hotkey to open the item menu in battle, etc so you don't have to cycle through 4 options to guard every turn or what not.

No problem, thanks for being such decent devs! Actually bought this game a long while ago and just sorta had it sitting installed but had been not in a traditional grindy rpg mood for long time. Saw the enhanced edition update and it sparked that itch for a good rpg with decent grind which it's doing a good job of right now.
