Game is softlocked

Game is softlocked when you complete a level

You can't do anything, it doesn't freeze, but when you reach to the end of a level you get softlocked, you can't do LITERALLY anything but restarting the whole game (happens in arcade mode idk about story mode)
you know how theres a camera lens animation when you finish a level?
when it does that, it just stays there
no end level results
