On the contrary, if this was a harem of Akiras, the last one who stands would be the loser. At first they would all try to escape at the same time, but seeing that, they would try to drag other Akiras back and escape themselves. They would try to make other Akiras fall and then convince Yama that he needs to carry them bridal style. They would cook fancy food and try to convince Yama it was actually cooked by another Akira. They would try to make a peace treaty between themselves and leave for a girl talk, leaving 1 other Akira with Yama. Or they could set up 1 Akira being kidnapped by a serial killer and then, after she's saved by Yama, pretend that she's killed. And after that she would suddenly come back to life, and Yama would definitely choose her. Great prank Akira, this one is certain to work, you really have a bright future as a matchmaker. Basically, it could get very fun, and creative too if I had more ideas than just recycling scenes from Inciting Incident.
If this was a harem of Elizabeths, it could be fun af too. A bunch of tsunderes, and each of them knows about the dere part of other Elizabeths. This fight would involve... a lot of embarrassment and denial for all of them. And a lot of obscure British insults of course.
A harem of Airis would probably just make an esports team, during the training montage accidentally defeat all other esports teams and by doing so conquer the world, figuratively speaking. Yama would probably be a coach in their team. He would enjoy this job, because it's related to games and because he wouldn't need to do much, Airis are talented enough to train on their own.
A harem of Misakis... I suppose it could run some kind of a "Miss Isamu 2018" beauty contest? And the Misaki who wins could be different each year... But this contest would have a lot of viewers and get plenty offers of running commercials during the contest, so all Misakis would get a lot of money and popularity.
A harem of Shigures would quickly understand each other and agree to the rules of the game. Some kind of intelligence test, a city-wide goose hunt. Mind-blowing puzzles that require years to solve. They would get so caught up in trying to prove their supremacy that they would forget the prize is supposed to be Yama. Who cares about that when you can spend the rest of your life solving sophisticated puzzles devised by the only people in the world who get close to your level to intelligence? It took so long to find worthy friends, but it finally happened!
A harem of Natsukis... This would be a spy thriller/action like no other. Yama kidnapped by various Natsukis, plenty of explosions, backstabbing, twists, traps etc. It's not even clear if Yama would survive that. Isamu itself might get pretty damaged too. Or maybe completely devastated. Why would an evil genius stop at devastating some tiny city to get her husbando back? There's no reason, as long as Yama survives.
