Multiple save slots

Hello I’m playing on PS5 and my biggest criticism for this game is that complete lack of multiple save slots for each playthrough, which as far as I’m aware is across platforms and not just a console restriction. Being as spoiler free as possible, I just had an event happen just before debut that messed things up and the game ended. I reloaded my save and the save is literally just before the abrupt ending, giving me no chance to change things or choose another option. My only option now is to replay ...

Hey Everyone,

We’ve just released patch 1.0.8.4, which includes important fixes and improvements. See below for the full spoiler-free changelog:

Fixed an issue where the game could sometimes become stuck in Month 12.
Extended the debut deadline to Month 12, Week 3 (Week 47) when a trainee was injured in the Spotlight Accident, so there is no sudden game over.
Fixed a softlock that caused the UI to become unresponsive when receiving a trainee's phone call during Gita's Character Story 3.
Fixed a softlock that caused the UI to become unresponsive after playing Yuna's Character Story 2 and answering Joo Won's phone call in Month 5, Week 4.
Adjusted the consequence of one of the story choices in Month 9, Day 1 (Week 33) to for a fairer outcome.
Fixed an issue where Ai's 5th Character Story could be triggered before the group's debut.
Replaced the icon of Mr. Ji-hoon (TV Producer) in the Relationship List with Mr. Jin-Woo (Bar Owner) for better clarity.
Adjusted achievements rewards.
Fixed an issue where the Group Concept type could sometimes be set incorrectly when confirming the selection with right-clicking instead of left-clicking.
Moved the unlock timing of Single Cover Design to after the start of Single Preparation (Week 37).
Fixed the Single Cover Design save system. Previous cover design progress will now be saved properly.
Fixed missing narrative after Seohyeon is injured in the Spotlight accident.
Fixed the random choice chances when running schedules to reduce repeated choices.
Fixed Ending Letter references to untriggered character stories.
Fixed an issue where Mr. Jae asks the current group leader to become the leader again in Week 33.
Fixed a trainee not being eliminated after the player agrees to transfer them to Joo Won.
Fixed a display issue of the face icons used in Gita's Character Story 3.
Fixed incorrect text in the confirmation popup when changing a single's release date.
Fixed an incorrect Game Over message when going bankrupt after debut.
Fixed an issue where Joo Won could appear in the bankruptcy Game Over ending during Mr. Jae's route.
Added a recovery period after the Spotlight incident before the affected trainee returns to full health.
Fixed various issues related to the debut single release.
Fixed an issue where the button for incoming phone calls could sometimes be unresponsive to left clicking.
Fixed an issue where the phone call from Joo Won would sometimes be missed in his character story.
Updated the trainees' birthdays, blood types, and some salary values.

We’re continuing to work on additional fixes and improvements, with more updates planned for future patches. Our team is working hard to deliver these changes as soon as possible.

I rather liked the premise of this game, as a big fan of K-pop in general. It's an endearing concept but you can tell that alongside the manager in-game, this is the dev's road to debut as well. Lot of neat, bite-sized ideas but a very bare-bones game. Experience gets way too repetitive but not in the way you'd want out of a management sim. There's foundations for a very neat game here, it just needs more time post launch to really find itself. I hope more content gets peppered throughout the games life. UI was a bit clunky to navigate until you got used to its quirks.

Loved the art, all the characters fit specific archetypes and their different styles do stick out. Music was great too, this is a soundtrack worth checking out.

If you're really into this specific niche of culture, the game's worth a try. If it's your first sim game, it's also a good way to dip your toes into the genre. But if you're looking to devote hours upon hours of time building up groups or soloists, this game quite isn't there yet.
