Kritika:REBOOT

How to detect a player that bots/ uses auto-macros for reporting.
Guild Points. If you see someone's GP continuously raising nonstop, try whispering them, If they dont respond, yet they continue to increase in GP, They're most likely botting.

And if they have High CP, and aren't affiliated with a guild. That's also quite suspicious.

Interesting..definitely worth noting. No harm in staying vigilant. In a healthy community, at least ideally, everyone should do their part.

if you have 10m CP and your not in a guild. That's highly suspicious. Ofc don't go randomly reporting players. Monitor them though if you can.

Like with guild points, If you been farming for hours, And you whisper them several times and they don't respond. That's also suspicous. If you don't want to talk to someone you say "Hey, i'm busy" esp if it's someone you know/a guildie. It seems odd that'd you just ignore that person.

Atleast until they force you to do a security check Every dungeon entry for repeatedly doing the same thing over and over again. Cause that's the next thing to happen.

I don't answer a monomania like you. and a check in front of the dungeon damages all the user's advantage convenience.
Stop the child's too absurd delusion and die.

Oh lovely..encouraging suicide and/or self harm.

Seriously, not cool. If you can't discuss without resorting to ad hominem attacks, let alone telling anyone to "die", please, for all our sakes, get help. It's one thing to disagree, it's another to act like that.

^ An example of how to be useless and not contribute anything to a discussion surrounded around cheaters, and awfully aggressive for no reason. Sounds guilty.

I can agree this idea is flawed in many ways as an innocent players can easily get falsely banned for this sort of thing, But what other suggestions are there to determine if a player is botting/Using macro's or not? Go up and ask them I guess? There's not a lot of method's for actual players to use to monitor this sort of behavior. This is just a simple example of how you can check in on someone if they are cheating players.
But it's not perfect. Again, list your own suggestion.

I think the only way viable is to use anticheat to detect if people are using bots. In fact, game like BnS has eliminated almost all bots with the use of Xigncode. According to Xigncode's own description, it should be fully aware of botting/macro being used on a computer and have already reported them to the publisher. They just haven't issued ban yet (hopefully!)

This game already has xigncode 3. It's icon pops up every time the game is loaded. So something must be wrong with it (it's copyright reads "2010" so maybe it's just old), or the methods used are more advanced than any version of the anti cheat can detect.

I dont think this is anything players should care about...it does not inpact you as a normal player in any way that some players out there are cheating
I mean it sucks...sure
but does it really matter to you that some streamers bought gold?
or that some ppl run around in absolute bis?
the world is full of cheaters why would online games be any different?

and I am assuming ur not calling the authorities when a family member or close friends do take part in...questionable... illegal things like
working under the table/paying under the table

just look the other way and dont take part in it yourself

it does not affect you in a negative way whatsoever that ppl are "cheating" and since the company does not care enough I dont think users forming police groups to monitor others is a good idea
it is probably in many ways a crime

Doesn't effect us as players? Have you seen the market place?
People buying off shop and reselling items hasnt done significant harm to the player base because whales offer cash items for gold. It's when botting and auto-scripts become an issue and cheaters abuse the market that it becomes an issue, And yes it effects me, you, and everyone else. Not every game deals with this, there's been ways to manage it in the past and there's been something done about it in the other versions. They've already made a post about managing the economy so reporting on issues like these are infact doing something. If enough people complain about something, eventually, it will get done. You just have to yell loud enough.

Sadly the damage is already done and there is nothing to be done about it because they surely don't wipe the whole progress and add max sell prices to items. The rich are already rich and will still dictate the market prices.
