*SOLVED* ALL MY CHARACTERS ARE GONE!!!
So I dropped the game a while back and recently decided to jump back in see what's changed and what classes have been added, now all of my characters are gone.
So what happened...?

Thank you for telling me I've haven't played the game since late 2017 so I didn't know the whole story. I'll quit bugging them then I've yet to hear a response since sending my last ticket but it now makes sense if they have no access to data that far back there seems to be nothing to be done.
As far as I understand, the whole "stint" goes like this. Allm is the owner of kritika. They licensed the game to Enmasse for publication in the NA region. As we now know, a publisher gets tweaked builds ("build" here means version of the game) and their own servers to be able to release the game in their regions. The game ran for awhile, and people were able to play with lolis and cannons happily. But later on, Enmasse decided to pull the plug on their version of this game (which was pretty much unique due to how things were made, plus the English VA), and stopped their owner/publisher partnership with Allm. Of course, the servers being owned by Enmasse, they had all the say in what to to with what was in there, so I suppose they deleted it all (and maybe made that server clone Tera, or sold it to Linus Tech to do crazy experiments on it. who knows).

Fast forward a year and so, and Allm decides to publish the game in the NA region by themselves. BUT, for some reason (which most likely includes money, reluctance, and a few groans), Allm didn't get anything from the Enmasse tweaked NA build. This means, the slightly better translation, the English VA, and a bunch of other technical things were not available for our current version. This also includes the loss of the server all our previous characters were living in.

TL:DR: I still miss my first catspaw...

So I filled out the CS form with all the info I could recall earlier today when can I expect a response?

Dont waste your time in hopes to get smth back,this is a different game from different publishers,non of the items whatever u had in Enmasse counts anymore,everyone started fresh

Apparently, it may not be so cut and dry, I've been going through customer support and the only hill I'm having to climb is remembering the name of at least one character in relation to my Steam Account I played the game on.

I bet Support thinks you are talking about having lost characters for this version... Mention the name "Enmasse" in your next ticket and you will get the right response. All Enmasse characters were deleted because Allm has no access to anything Enmasse did. Not even the version build nor the translation. Heck, they didn't even get the English VA...
