Fatal network error

I can't login with my account, it keeps saying "falal network error". Is anyone else having this problem. I can't do multiplayer now.

Everyone has this error. The servers have been down since at least the beginning of the year. I'd suggest joining their discord and contacting the developers there. You'd have a better chance of getting a response from them there and possibly getting the issue fixed if there's enough people asking.

Yes; been this way for the past three MONTHS. I wrote to BoomZap and even asked STEAM for a refund; but they wouldn't give one because I played more than 2 hours (trying to get it to work!)--sad, because I LIKE the game and WANT to play the campaigns.

Also, I left a message for BoomZap via Discord and they won't even respond (been more than a month; very poor corporate support!)

It's been like this since at least January. So about 7, almost 8 months now. I'm told the reason they gave for the servers being down is a "network issue" and they were working on fixing it.

To be honest based on the error message indicating that the server is offline it appears more likely that the problem is nothing more than they either can't afford to keep the server running or it's just not worth keeping the server up for a game with such a small playerbase.

Whatever the issue is, it's a shame. This is an amazing game that deserved more love and more players.
