Tommy Jarvis AI bot does not seem to spawn in.

I've had a few AI games where Tommy was the only one left but simply could not be found.

You're probably just not close enough to sense him. He will more often than not stand still in the middle of the woods somewhere, doing absolutely nothing until he sees Jason. That, or he might be hiding in a closet.
