Apparently, Illfonic is interested making a come back for friday the 13th:the game

In one of Illfonic's recent polls, they are asking the community what licenced horror films the community would like into become as a game, however, in the "Which Horror IP would you like to see more game content from?" tab

(Which haves The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, VHS, Evil Dead, and Killer Klowns From Outer Space)

Friday The 13th The Game is in the list, which means that they are planning to bring this game back at some point probably as a remake/remaster depending of the voting, thoughts?

Man I sure hope they bring this game back. Maybe graphic face lift and some tweaks but don't mess with the overall gameplay. I really enjoy this game. I play Dead by Daylight and Chainsaw but this game I still enjoyed the most. I know things got settled with the license and all which was bs in the first place but hopefully its smooth sailing bringing this game back.

My thoughts are no. Just no. lol If it has the either of the names Gun Media or Illfonic attached to it then I keep on moving mates. I previewed the Beta of Chainsaw on my channel and I was almost sold, but then as time went on I remembered all the problems and drama surrounding this title. Not to mention they couldn't even be decent enough to patch this game in a playable state that didn't require match making servers for players to play and enjoy it with each other as a stand alone game. I certainly would not be interested in an F13 game remake. Hard pass for me on all fronts. Good luck to any of you who still deal with them though.
