Summercamp launch error. Game won't start.

I first downloaded the game at my friends house and it worked fine while I was playing it there but oddly enough, when I moved my PC back to my house and tried to start the game it suddenly crashed and now everytime I try to start the game I keep getting a launch error saying 'Invalid game executable: SummerCamp/Binaries/win64/SummerCamp.exe'.

I have tried a lot of different methods but none seems to work. I find it immensely weird that the game worked completely at my friends house as I have made no changes to my pc since nor have I installed any additional programs.

Any help would be deeply appreciated!

I had the summer camp error as well. Turns out my anti virus did not like some folders and added them to some area (can't remember where, should have a notification somewhere). What I did was got to my anti virus (which for me was mcaffe) to restore the files and then make sure it doesn't scan those files when I go to play.

turning off your anti virus is NOT a FIX, it's a work around at best. This has happened to me and I've had the game for over a year, and now all of sudden Mcafee doesn't like the exact file mentioned above. I was pretty much over this game until the challenge mode and now the pos won't launch, sweet thanks for wasting my money.
