Was the clothing DLC a timed exclusive?

It was a kickstarter/backerkit exclusive so you cant get it anymore unless you win it in a giveaway or buy a key off of someone

The counselor clothing pack was exclusive to Kickstarter and Backerkit. It will not be sold again.

You can, however, possibly win it in the many giveaways going on.

Fox, can you clarify when you mean give-aways? You mean AFTER the 26th when the keys are going to be distributed via e-mail, correct?

I pretty much already knew this, I just wanted it in writing so I could point back to it in-case anyone has some kind of confusion.

I'm kind of annoyed I won't get much of a second chance to get the DLC. You guys are not even gonna make it regular DLC like 3-6 months from now? D: I want some of that sweet customization. Siiiigh. Oh well, at least it's not fancy new costumes but mostly new textures on the same outfit.

The clothing dlc is just 3 re-colours and basic re-textures for each character.

If you didn't buy I wouldn't worry since you still get 3 or 4 outfits that are re colours and re textures that are available for everyone

Exactly right. There are a few of us who bought extra keys and will be doing giveaways when we receive our keys.
