If you're so concerned about trolls/team killers hearing you, then the other solution is to just not pick up the walkie talkie. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've had very few matches with trolls and team killers. And the trolls usually were harmless and would just try to exploit environmental glitches.

Yeah, I agree for example sometimes I want to tell 1 person that's near me to follow me because I've got the propeller for the boat, but I don't want everyone with a walkie talkie knowing.

You are right and I do that sometimes. But .. I mean.. there is no reason to not add it.

Actually would like to +1 this want to hold down a different key from my push to talk for walkie ppl shouldn't be forced to hear me memeing Jason

Yeah I've been in that situation a lot, which makes me want to support this idea. It would make sense too, since walkie talkies have off buttons.

They could keep the same key, but just make it to where you press 'T' to toggle the walkie talkie on/off, and you would still hold 'T' to talk.
