How to combat window hoppers?

So im playing as Jason. How the hell do you fight window hopping counselors?

I managed to kill the entire team but had 1 guy left who literally just jumped back and forth through a window, it was impossible to get him. I went off and scavenged knives at certain points but he just kept healing up with each knife. The smashed window did nothing to him either, just kept diving through.

I tried to use stalk to enter the house, morph and shift but there was no way I was getting this person.

So how do you manage it? What does Jason have that he can use to deal with this?

Destroy the Windows. Everytime he goes through theres a small bit of damage he gets.

He dived through it probably about 20 times and I only saw him take damage once, which he healed through.

Its only a matter of time and ressources. He probably had an epic thick skinned and medic equiped.. but even with it. He can't to it infinitely. Stalk and shift coupled with some knives are the way to go here.

If you time it properly you should always be able to hit someone going through a window. Morph immediately as they're doing it and hit them on the way back in. If they're faster than you, you can either throw a knife at them to interrupt the window jump, or to damage them on the way in, or you can even attack them during the animation to do some damage. You can even combine this with shift for greater effects, providing the house is already broken into.

Once you've practiced enough, no one should be able to run loops around you with windows.

Im probably too noob to use traps properly. It seems whenever I use them I can't get to the trapped counselor fast enough.

Can you pick more up as you go, like the knives?

No.. and its a matter of cooldown management.. use your skills smart and dont spam them as soon as they are available.

As Jason, I absolutely hate when people window hop or run around couches and tables. But as a counselor, sometimes it's just necessary. I had a Jason tunnel me from house to house for almost 8 minutes yesterday, trying to kill me. It sucked he wouldn't just leave me alone, but I also knew that was 8 minutes the rest of my team had to put things together. Jason was pissed and raging on mic.

He eventually killed me when I ran out of resources, but then rage quit the game when he couldn't kill the next counselor. Haha
