Such a mod would affect both on the client side. You would see nothing different on your end, unless you had the mod as well. I'm amazed at how many people don't understand mods.

No mods thus far, from what I'm aware. But as stated earlier, assets do exist for nude counselors in the files. Be warned you're mostly going to be getting texture maps that look like someone skinned the counselor, and from what I've seen the models don't play too nicely so you'll be getting low-poly man-hands AJ if you don't know what you're doing.

The assets seem to be leftovers from earlier development plans that were probably put aside for the purpose of ratings (and console releases).
