True that, $70 is a lot for the all the content.
Unlike F13, where you can never get all the content, no matter how much you're willing to spend.
And don't lie, they've already said 'some' of the content will be free (single player) while they do plan on paid content as well. So in a year, people can spend $90 on this game, and not have all the content. Sweet deal, right? XD
I take some offense to this. Some of us were F13 fans for years and years, and have been waiting for a game like this since about 1989, and had nothing to do with DBD.
Most of us came from DBD. Sorry for not wording myself correctly >.>
If most of you came from DBD, why does DBD still have the same playerbase, if not more?
I think he meant more along the lines of being able to actually 'lose' Jason.
DBD had the ability to 'juke' a killer, and when someone said that, they didn't mean dance around the windows in a house for 5 minutes, they meant actually duck and weave around the board until you managed to circle back around, or crouch and hide out of sight, and the Killer would lose you.
Once Jason has found you in this game, you don't really 'lose' him, ever. Once you see Jason and it causes you to scream, you'll have fear, and it'll continue to build the longer he chases you. Should you even go out a back window as he breaks a door down, if he catches on and uses sense, boom, you show up. Now he Shifts/Morphs at you, and even if you're far enough to not get grabbed, boom, the chase continues. Jason typically only leaves you, if/when he needs to address something else (Phone/Car/Boat/Etc). Outside of that, he's going to tunnel, Sense will not let him lose you, you will eventually die. There's no 'juking' to lose him, only 'juking' to not immediately die.
And if you are a decent player and a bit lucky on items (at least one pocket knife), you can take a lot of Jasons time allowing your team to work on the Escapeoptions.
Of course people's opinions should always be allowed because I believe in a free market of ideas.
I have seen other's rebuttal to what Lazzy points about the game and they fall weak.
The consensus among me and my friends is this game feels unfinished. I have high hope that the development team pushes a patch through for this game to fix these things and add more content.
(I am a backer of this game.)
What if you like the game and would like to see it do better?
