Graphics not loading properly

Help, it has been a while since I last played and when I went with my girlfriend play it tonight, the graphics are not loading properly, they look choppy and as if mid-loading, still rendering.

What is causing this issue? And I checked my settings, the graphics are all set to high, and I even set it to epic and it still doesn't work.

Yes I have.

Specs goes 12 GB Ram, GTX 750Ti, i7, I don't think it's on the hardware, really.

Operating system ? Sounds to me like maybe you had a lot of applications running in the backrgound. Maybe eliminate those and see if it stops. I know one thing.. F13 is buggy and i blame the devs.

It's a bug, but I don't know how to solve. On Reddit people have been saying that its causing this frequently after the new engine update.

Interesting.. it's a bug then. I don't have any issues besides not being able to change the fov which is a dissapointment. I liked it when i had a fov change so i can see better now it's too close too my screen for my resolution. I just can't play default settings they are uncomfortable.

I have that problem as well. It's extremely discomfortable how close the camera is.

i already sent 3 reports, i feel ignored. This new engine did defenitly do more harm then good.
My pc become a "central heating" since the last update, already sent a report for this too.

Ya it happens to me too, i have epic textures, but when i change to high, it goes to ultra low textures
