What does this certain music/sound mean?
A few very tense notes and a higher note at the end ...and then like a woosh sound, and then suddenly silence, it's always the same... what does it mean?

Jason is close, and then warps away

No it's nothing don't worry, just some random music playing

sometimes as well like when a time limit is drawing near it will do that as well, like if there is 5 seconds till the cops show up ull hear that then the whoop whoop of the sirens, but as others said sometimes it just randomly happens

I always thought this too until recently, I started noticing this is a very specific pattern that repeats with a certain music theme. I think it doesn't have to do with Jason warping because it always occurs at the end of a "song" (so to speak). It's definitely strange.

Yeah either is somehow dynamic, because some times there are like many tense notes before the final higher note, and sometimes there are like 3 tense notes and the higer note...

I guess it may have to do with either Jason warping away, as I also initally thought, or perhaps coudl it be when he is chasing/killing someone who is nearby?

I think its nothing but to build tension. You can hear when someones being trapped, knifed, or killed but no sound.

I wonder if it plays when jason isnt spotted by anyone but i ignore it since i know whathis music sounds like.

I kind of ignore it too as soon as I recongize it, or at least it feels safer than 3 days ago when I started to play the game :D

I think its either Jason warping away, using the first person warp, or using the sound mute ability. It would make sense to make all of these the same so counselors wont know exactly whats happening

When he's stalking it's completely silent and a dead giveaway. There's no ambient sounds at all when he's stalking.

Also the whooshing sound isn't the same as a morph static sound.
