I can't hear anyone in voice chat!
Basically, I can't hear anyone speaking, I can see the icons that they are speaking but I can't hear them. They can hear me and I can hear the game.

I have checked the settings In game and they're fine as well as sound settings on my PC. I have tried verifying the game and it's fine as well...

What's the issue?

Voice chat is through steam. Go to your steam friend's list and click the gear icon. The only steam voice chat options are on that panel.

No, it's about game, in game voice chat, steam is totally fine.

The only known cause of that is using Greenluma Reborn or Steamcrack if you are not using either of those then you probably need to check your mic configurations in your audio settings of whatever OS you are using.
