How do I use a wheelchair in this game?

I saw a clip of a guy in a wheelchair in this game I was wondering how you do this?

Let jason cut your legs and then ask for a teammate to revive you.
He will put you directly in a wheelchair.

The clip you saw is probably from the Single Player challenges. You can't use a wheelchair yourself.

That's only in the single player challenges. You can't actually use a wheelchair unfortunately.
