CANNOT USE THE VOICE CHAT

hey, since i bought the game i cannot use the voice chat, i press T to talk and i hear the sound, but i cant talk. Can somebody help me pls?. Thanks

You have to setup your recording device through steam. Make sure your mic is set to be both default recording device and default device in windows. I'm not sure what the difference is but to steam if the device being used for comms is not set as both default recording and communications device steam will not 'hear' your voice. Once you have that set in windows go to steam settings for voice and click the test audio device option. Set your volume control to make the graph turn green when you talk.
