What is the poing of Jason walking?

I mean.. when I get Jason (which I do not prefer) , I have to constantly hold the Run button. Why? Why would anyone want to walk as Jason? Doesn't it make more sense to press a button to walk rather than having 99% of the time a button pressed down?

Jason can walk and powerwalk/run (depends on the Jason). Since you basically always use powerwalk/run the normal walk option is basically useless.

Well,don't you just love when you finaly wound the last survivor who whas running from you for 8 minutes,and instead of running you just slowly walk towards him,it's this moments when they know they are f***ked :).

It is useful when stalking because it doesnt drain the stalk bar as fast.....and it looks cool

To make it so Counselor's get punished for swinging to early, and you can slow down so you won't get demolished by a sudden turning strike.

I mean it rarely works, but that's a use I guess.

Jason footstep are quiet when walking it really good to start walking when you get near someone in house you sneak up on them without stalk and some players are too distracted with there house looting you can actually sneak up on them.it's quite useful in the right hands.
