Add a counselor only preference!

I've played so many games where people with counselor perference get Jason and quit the game. Or they just let the counselors kill them bc they're saddened by their rng. This would be a great step foward for this game. It would also be easy to implement I bet.

The devs has mentioned that they hope to implement it so If a player selects counselor as their preference, The option of being jason would be removed.

Any link to this? From what i have seen they plan to add a counselor only option. Without any additional changes to the other options.

Wich would make far more sense than what you say. Makes absolutly no sense to remove the Jason preference.

Some of my friends are bad with Jason so they prefer to never play Jason. Just like in dbd some people only want to play survivor.

I only want to play counselor even though when I get Jason I would still play him with good results (most of the times full kills) but I do not enjoy it.
I find the game more fun when I am being chased rather than chasing + less trolls to deal with.
For example , I onced killed a guy in the first minute because he tried to rush the phonebox and of-course it was the first spot that I ported. A few minutes later he returns back as Jarvis and
at the end he escapes with the 4-seater alone while still having 3 more players in the game. To give you an idea he closed the door in another counselors face locking him in with me so he would get a head start towards the broken down car near the exit and eventually I killed all the rest.
The problem? Well he was screaming his lungs out , calling me names.. and what is even worse is that the other guys agreed that I was "try-harding"... in the next game when he figured out that I muted him , he was chasing me around (while both being counselor) and making noises, throwing fireworks , constantly talking with hope that Jason will hear him so he can come and kill us.

So yeah... basically I prefer to play counselor because as Jason most of the time , you will run into "trolls?" that basically want to ruin the game.
If you hack/slash - They call you names
If you shift/grab - They call you names
If you do anything else besides letting them go - They call you names

So meh... I just play for fun as counselor , casual , I enjoy it and if I see a good Jason I give him a thumbs up before he gets me
