Headpunch definitely fastest.
Slowest is probably the spear one where Jason drags it out afterwards.


Don't use kills based on the fastest ones. Go for the most fun.

Why are they scored the same if they have different space and time requirements?

What is the motivation for Jason to do this instead of using the most time/space effective kill for same XP? I give this one as easy scoring fix to Devs, that is still to be addressed

For fun. What, you wanna just use the same boring old kill animation every time? On top of that, you get a "versatile" bonus score for using different kill animations. If you use the same over and over, you don't.

Doesn't seem like that's the point of most Jasons who use Asphyxiate and 'Head punch' for 6/7 kills by smashing desired button before Counselor can even be killed leaving you with Jason using his shift/sense/stalk after Counselor is saved.
I dont want to contradict but are you sure you don't get versatile each time you use animation kill?
There needs to be way more incentive for using Resourceful kills by which I personally haven't died since I played private game 2 months ago...
or make WAY harder for Jason to kill Counselor before he has gained fear or is injured...
P.S.: since there is no way to fix (game difficulty) matchmaking with 1k players...and I'm still going to be lvl101 Jason against lvl 10 AJ...yeeeeeah sure thats going to be fun for both of us...

You get versatile each time you use a DIFFERENT animation kill instead of the same one in succession. Jasons who use choke and head punch for kills are dumb anyway. The ones who use choke have no idea that they can use others and the ones that headpunch all the time I care little for. If you get a raging hard on for impatience then be my guest by doing that. I'll have fun with my different kills.

So people who use Asphyxiate on ALL counselors will get 88% of the XP compared to person who will use EACH of his ANIMATION KILLS ONCE + kills other counselors by weapon.
Asphyxiate: 100 + 20 + (100) * 6 = 720 XP
Other: (100 + 20) * 4 + (100 + 10) * 3 = 810 XP

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol. I wasn't even getting personal. That message was less directed at you and more to everybody who does it. I don't even see a problem to begin with. I couldn't care less about a little more XP for using the same animation over and over. As I've said before, I play this for fun. I have fun using the different animations and switching things up. If I'm just going around choking everybody, what fun is that to anyone?

Yeah but since you are not the problem, you have to look at people who are doing this and what would be the tools to (punish THIS behavior) / (reward behavior that you want).
To which I would say easy solution is change Scoring events,
and difficult solution would be to actually do ONE or MORE of the following: Create 'Reload' time on Jasons grab when spammed (L4D mellee attack), allow EACH kill to be used ONCE in game, make RAGE unlock Animation Grab kills.

slowest one is the specific one for part 7 where he cuts of the arms and throws the person on the ground steps on him etc

Learn to leave when the squeaker chokes or head punches. That's the best way to punish, especially when you got a group with you.

When choke = minus 4 other players, happens more often people will use it less.

More like any execution = leaving mid kill .
Haven't seen much of that tbh.

Only go when it's head punch and choke spammers, I'll take left clicks over that ♥♥♥♥ any day.
