Yes i'll agree it does sound Chi Chi Chi Ha Ha Ha but just do this. no literally. In a Whispy voice say Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma like this "Khi Khi Khi Mah Mah Mah", sounds awfuly alot like the sound you think it is. But do your research kid. I have see all the films, looked into lore and characters and anyone with remote knowlage of the films will tell you it IS Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma. I always though it was Chi Chi Chi Ha Ha Ha like you until I saw the films.

I have to agree i only ever hear "ch ch ha ha" and never "ki ki ma ma". I try soo hard to listen out for the ki ki ma ma but i only hear ch ch ha ha

^ This. Plus, in an interview with Harry Manfredini in Crystal Lake Memories I believe it was, he even states outright it's "ki ki ki ma ma ma" and since he's the one that composed the music and recorded that actual sound effect himself, I think he knows better than the OP.
