Do the following :
1. Verify the game files (check steam on how to do it)
2. Update your drivers (check windows update)
3. Update your Video Drivers (check your Video card supporter)
4. Restart Steam and Your PC

When i verify the game files it was written to me "1 file failed verification and will be loaded again", but nothing happens. I tried to reinstall the game but it did not help.
