Ki-Ki-Ki, Ma-Ma-Ma?
I always thought he said Chi-Chi-Chi, Ha-Ha-Ha. But it's, Kill-Kill-Kill, Mom-Mom-Mom? And what's the reason behind it? Is it all in Jason's mind? He hear his moms (always thought it was a mans voice) voice and she want's him to continue?

Sure, it's a horror-flick, so it might not be a logical reason behind it. :D

Don't think that's it. Cause in first movie it's not Jason and the sound is the same.

My vote is for chi chi chi pah pah pah

It's ki ki ki, ma ma ma and it is like that since part I. Harry Manfredini came up with that based on the line "Kill her mommy!", which Pamela recites many times in the last portion of the first film when she seems to suffer from schizophrenia.

And the reason it sounds mostly the same in all the movies is simple, Harry himself is the person who created the effect by saying the "ki" and the "ma" into a mic with a delay effect. Every times you hear ki-ma in a film he scored it's always his voice you're hearing.
