Game not available in Germany

Just watched the Slash'N'Cast today and Wes said there is no possible way Germany will have this game for launch. Just wanted to let people know incase any Germans are here.

Eine Zensur würde zu einer anderen Version führen, oder es würden alle Versionen gleich gekürtzt werden müssen.
Da es ein Multiplayerspiel ist halte ich es für wahrscheinlicher, dass man komplett auf einen offiziellen Release/Verkauf verzichtet oder einen Ban in Kauf nimmt.
Ein Verzicht wäre für alle besser, siehe Segas Alien versus Predator 3.

Edit: Denke aber trotzdem das die Lösung zu deinem Link die beste wäre. So könnte man sichs trotzdem über andere Wege beschaffen und hier aktivieren.

Was hat das denn mit Zensur lieben zu tun? Du stellst behauptungen auf, die du nicht beweisen kannst und ich sag dir, dass es doch geht und andere SPiele das schion bewiesen haben.

Inwiefern mag ich bitte Zensur, nur weil ich dir sage, es nicht unmgöglich für die Entwickler ist?

Naja es muss geprüft werden wenn es physisch rausgeht. Downloadspiele müssen nicht zwingend geprüft werden

Erst mal abwarten bis ein offizielles Statemnt an die deutschen Vorbesteller/Backer kommt.
Evtl. kann das Spiel ja in Deutschland doch ohne weiteres aktiviert werden, wie Dying Light z.B.

Und was wäre eigentlich wenn ich z.B. in Österreich in einem Internetcafe wäre und mich in Steam einlogge. Könnte ich dann das Spiel kaufen? Kennt sich da jemand aus?

My bad I forgot that South Park Stick of Truth, Wolfenstein the New Order, Madworld, Aliens vs Predator, Dead Island, Left 4 Dead 2, Saint Rows 2, Mortal Kombat, Dead Rising 2... and so much more were all released in the 90's.

I think he problably just meant that its way easier the last few years than before. The lastest Mortal Combat was released here uncut whereas the others not. No one ever believed that ill make it without a cut. Games like L4D and DR2 would problably be uncut nowadays too. Its still a long way to go, but at least we are going the right way. ;)

btw. Soutpark and Wolfenstein got cuted duo to the Nazi flags. Nothing else as far as i remmeber. All games with nazi flags will be cutted in germany (even if they just get replaced). Which is a dumb thing, because we have plenty of Movies with nazi flags that are allowed. Thats an example that germany still doesnt threat Games like Art, just as they do with Movies.

Fair enough. To be honest I'm just sad I won't be able to play this with my friend who lives in Germany. I thought Wes tweeted about the game getting a 18 rating there, so I assumed it wouldn't be censored or anything

Yeah he did but 5 days later he got a message from the USK and they told him thats not possible. Idk what exactly happened but maybe this rating wasnt official and final or it USK ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up / someone over here dont wanted it.
